Had a pizza last night so things are moving quite slowly in terms of the weight decrease but as long as it’s decreasing then I’m happy🤣👍🏼
50.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
