I found that you can even log your nookie in for exercise hahaha
Yay for sexercise :P

So tempted to hop on the scale again but pushing myself to only weigh first thing on a Monday. Apparently my SO can see change cm wise but I still feel like a poofy marshmallow. But will keep at it. If not for myself then for my kid to get a better relationship with food than what I was subject to growing up
