Big dinner! 567 kalori. Mixed greens, ayam ungkep tapi dipanggang pake air fry, tempe panggang pake air fry. Dressingnya evoo 1sdt karena kalo gak pake oil bakal kering banget 😂

@anie Rasanya beda sih, jadinya lebih kering. Tapi tetep enak kok. Katanya kalo mau dagingnya ga kering, pas goreng pake air fryer ayamnya tetep dipakein kulit. Ntar kalo udah mateng baru kulitnya dibuang 😂
