Friday and saturday were stupid eating days. Friday I was flying all day and starving so I ate whatever was given me (airplane food ick!)
And then saturday I went to Golen corral with mom (eating feast) and that is all i ate all day yesterday.
So today I am starting my program..I still have to work it all out before I post my next 12 week program. Paleo of course but, am I gonna go Panu or Primal or what..still don't know I have all of today to figure it out, I suppose..I will be posting the month one diet on here as journal later on today as well as my blog on blogspot: sugarcookieprincess.blog.com
Anyways, today is starting out okay..no gluten, no sweets..but I am gonna drink coffee bastards--YOU CAN'T STOP ME!! MAHAAHAHAHAAH
