Its been almost two years since I log on this site. Im have not commited to any kind of diet!! I have regained EVERYTHING that I lost PLUS MORE it is time to get serious. I can't believe how far I've let myself get out of control. I know I have a lot going on in my life but it shouldn't be an excuse and well I can't let it be anymore. Im at my highest weight ever! I don't know why it's so hard to me just DO IT when I know exactly WHAT to do. Anyway, WI on Thursdays and Im proud to report I have been on program and exercising daily! Im doing the simply filling technique on weight watchers:) it's time for me to get serious and hoping that putting it in writing will make me more serious about doing this journey again!

I feel your pain! I actually lost 70lbs before and made it to my goal weight, then I gained 100lbs back. I am re-focused on losing and keeping it off this time! WW is really working for me too. I joined WW on my birthday in April and I plan to reach my goal weight by my birthday next year. Yay! We can do it!
