Note about tonight's steak:
I am putting 90g of ribeye steak with the fat trimmed off into my salad, so I am counting this as lean steak. According to the fatsecret database, 90g of lean steak contains 340mg of sodium. However, the available information I have found states that ribeye steak has approximately 60mg of sodium, so I need to subtract 280mg of sodium from my total for the day.
