Well May has passed and I didn't do very well. So a new month is here and I am sticking to it! My pool is open and water excercises are so much fun! I work out at least 45 minutes everyday in the pool, not to mention playing with the kids and trying to get on that DAMN raft!LOL Look out, here I come!

You have a great attitude! Thanks for sharing it... and look at the bright side, according to your weight journal, you lost 5 pounds in May; that's 1.25 pounds per week - also MUCH better than gaining weight!
