Back from a trip and back to focusing on weight loss. May was crazy!! The whole month I'm talking!!!! I will do my best to be on here daily. I want to be and need to be. Even though my scale is up, I am thankful for the weight I have lost since January. I will work hard again to get it back down. I don't want to jinx myself, but I am hoping June will be quiet compared to May. Geesh! A whole month that had a whole lot going on!! I'm starting June off with a refreshed feeling and ready to take advantage of it! Hopefully this mood/feeling stays with me! Please!!
