FINALLY the scale is appreciating my efforts at Curves - wooohoooo!

I'd been doing a slow crawl downward of about .5 lbs a week the last few weeks. Thanks so much to all of my F/S buddies for all of your great encouragement! You guyz rock!

I actually walked into Weight Watcher's this morning expecting to either stay the same or to see another .5 lbs gone. I actually leapt for joy to see 3 lbs gone. I'm sure that people thought that I'd lost 6 or 7 lbs by my reaction to the news lol.

OK...now I'm really motivated to continue on with my regimen of exercising 5X a week. Look out Curves...here I come!
