Thoughts on Yesterday: Nothing really exciting happened yesterday. I was really excited about dinner because we were going to have steak, lentils and some roasted veggies but just as I was about to put the lentils in boiling water, my MIL called and invited us to dinner. Instead of the yummy grilled flank steak, i just had a salad and ate off the pizza toppings. It's gym night so we usually don't have time to sit down to a home cooked meal- usually, it's just a salad. We won't have it until tomorrow. :(
Breakfast: A Roma tomato cut lengthwise and stuffed w/LF cottage cheese
AM Snack: 2 celery stalks and half of a red pepper, sliced and dipped in hummus.
Lunch: One of those SBD frozen entrees...
PM Snack: 30 Pistachio
Dinner: Salad?! ETA: Chick Fil A's Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad...mmmm....
