Didn’t expect to lose anything, so I am super happy with this. Had a weekend away with champagne and restaurant food, but made sure not to order big on the menu. Amazing when you watch you Kjs that you realise just how much you were eating before!!! Anyway, lovely Christmas market at Boschendal on Friday, and I will be having champagne and maybe a couple of yummies, but the rest of the time I will be taking it easy. Slowly does it. Making this a lifestyle .
