I altered my short-term goal when I gained those first 5 lbs (remember guys when I was freaking out just 3 weeks ago?). I changed to the Atkins diet and gave myself until May 17th, the weekend of my Vegas trip, to lose the first 10 lbs. Ladies and gentleman, it is April 1st and I already reached my goal!!!! This is no April Fools joke, this is hard work paying off. I can't wait to be in the 60's even if its 169lbs. I will exercise for 3 hours tonight if that's what it takes to get there.
I hope to lose another 10 pounds until I get to 125ish. That might sound like a lot of weight loss but I have a small frame and I weighed that much when I graduated high school so that should be attainable. Wish me luck!
