Brave attempt with bitter melon.
l cook it with equal onion n tomato in little fat. With salt n red chilli powder.
Then fry or grill bitter melon n add to the mixture.
Umm yumm..
But well done you. It's very good for blood cleaning.
Also helps diabetes.

Omshawf, chinese classic bittermelon stir fries a little protein with black bean sauce. Clearly I’m not chinese and didn’t do it right. Will attempt again after I get the bitter taste out of my moutH.
