smith machine squat baru brani mulai 20kg
donkey kick baru 25kg
frog press 15kg
cable kickback 20kg
cable side kick 10kg..
leg press 55kg..
sebelum 2018 lewat harus berani deadlift, sampe hari ini belum berani karna takut cedera karna salah form.. goodmorning juga belom berani.. maklum newbie.. deadlift goal ku sebelum th baru.. mulai kosongan tanpa beban dulu deh ntar.. kalo goal temen2 apa th ini?

Keren goalnya.. Belom bisa pull up secara pake pull down machine baru mampu 15-20kg.. Wkwkwkwk

Iya pull up yg no mesin, Km coba aja deadlift jgn ragu, asik bgt kalau sdh menguasai.
