At the moment : 120-124g protein 280-290g carbs and 50g fat. My weight is 53kg and I'm 163cm (5ft 4). I'm very active though! Train heavy weights 6 times a week. And then also get between 12 to 20 k steps a day 😊 on my rest day I just make sure to hit at least 10k steps. But that's about it 😃👍 how's iifym going for you?

I’m getting into it. Still feels weird to have bread 😂😂😂 but I’m seeing results in the sense where I’m eating more and NOT gaining body fat. I’m maintaining quite nicely and getting back into weights is helping A LOT. Looking a lot more defined already. I’m at 1555 kcal now with 122P 142C 55F

! 😊 And I'm sure within time you could increase your calories a bit more too. I think more people should be aware of things like iifym. It's so much more sustainable. I can't imagine ever just cutting carbs out for good😂

Cutting carbs had its merits for me. I lost A LOT of fat that way, but I’m sorta at my goal size now, and so happy that I can eat pizza (within reason) again 😂😂 what weight workouts are you doing at the moment?

On Mondays and Thursdays it's leg day 😊 Tuesdays and Fridays it's shoulders and triceps (little bit of chest) and then on Wednesdays and Saturdays it's back and biceps 😊but I add some bodyweight stuff here and there and then do like a few ab things. But I kinda slack with abs at times not gonna lie 🤣
