Ahhh..what is there to say??? Back to low carbing again. I always convince myself that splurging keeps me sane. That may be true, but I surely cant lose if I splurge on Easter treats..which is what I did. Im still around 129..so after my 5 week stint on atkins, I have managed to keep half the weight off anyhow...
TOM is coming on Sunday...so I pray it will be smooth sailing again..Ive only had one atkins attempt where the week before and during TOM was smooth sailing. What is this...my 7th attempt? Oh well, there is a reason I keep coming back I guess... I surely know myself enough that I wont stick to this long term..meaning months and months. I always find some way to shake things up. Whatever...
I lost 55 pounds fad dieting after each pregnancy..atkins about every other time I switched diets... Probably the two diets that come in after atkins (my favorite for weight loss) are stillmans (not for the weak) and the cabbage soup diet (I never made it past day 6..hmmm) Stillmans is good for a quick 5 pound loss and cabbage soup around 3 pounds. Anyhow, it is worth mentioning that between my dieting, Id eat whatever I wanted. I think that is what kept me sane.
