Hallo mba2, aku udh turun total 8kg. Bersyukur tp bukan diet ketat aku msh makan nasi, cuma ga makan malem dan defisit kalori pastinya. Olahraga zumba 1x seminggu aja hehe paling tambah Hit cardio dirmh kalo ga malas. 😊
