Yep I'm hungry and going to bed...I've never fasted with a protein drink before only with juice...doesn't matter I'm hungry anyway around....going to continue this fast until tomorrow evening then eat a dinner of veggies :) Start fresh on Monday with some good lean foods and continue on my quest to be happier and healthier.
