Had a nice day with the family at the beach, burnt myself up pretty good. Heading out tomorrow to go canoeing in class 3 rapids, so excited! Last year we had so much fun watching my daughter and her friend tip over their canoe. It was more fun watching the flip flops and Hanna Montana glasses float by us as they chased a box of cheese nips instead of the stuff they really needed. Pedometer reads 15,939 steps 9.17 miles. Time to wash off this sweat, I just did my least favorite exercise, lunges and I stink! Nighty Night.
