So I'm down 5..8 lbs so far this week. Which is nice but life and everything that goes along with it has been making me nuts. Maybe that's another reason I'm not too hungry. Yesterday I had an Atkins shake and an Atkins bar just to add calories so I thought I wasn't going to lose but I did. I still won't let myself eat a bar everyday even though those Fudge nut brownie ones are awesome. Yum!!!
