3 lbs in one day? I am beginning to wonder if my new scales are defective or is this low carb thing really working?
My body fat has gone down from 38.6 to 38.1 lbs. If my scales are fine (Tanita Ironman series, selling for $80-90 on Amazon but bought on sale from drugstore.com for $40!), then it is not just water I am losing but also my fat.
