Grrrr - don't you just hate it when the weight moves in exactly the opposite direction to what you were expecting?? I was so convinced I'd be down at my mini-goal of 154 today, I'd even got out the number for my beauty salon all ready to book in my reward facial today!
I stuck to the diet 100% yesterday, and incorporated the fruit snack (dried pear) that I'd promised for this week's ATW challenge mini challenge. The other snack was the single, solitary Easter egg I'm allowing myself this year - a Cadbury's Creme Egg at 170 cals.
I also did the full 65 minutes of scheduled exercise, completing almost the whole of Joanna Hall's Drop a Dress Size for Life DVD.
I suppose these little unexplained fluctuations are the price I pay for weighing in daily, but still rather annoying! Hopefully, it'll come off again by tomorrow morning.
