3.1 miles walked....much cooler initially, but it's warming quickly and is already in the mid-80's. The humidity is GONE - YAY! At least for a few days, LOL!
Peanut butter calling my name and I've been answering. :( I think I'm dealing with my other big issue besides stress eating....eating to reward myself for doing things I don't like to do. When I don't get recognition....or maybe even sympathy....for completing tasks that are difficult, or tasks I really don't like, I want to reward myself with food. Right now, I think I'll be battling this all week as I am cleaning, decluttering, and eventually, painting. I do not like any of it. But I just need to act like an adult and deal with it.
