Aku 58 kira kira berapa kalori ya? Kalo aku dari basecamp jam set 7 nyampe jam set 9. Itu sambil berhenti sih.

Anggap aja kategorinya hiking cross country (carrying no load) 90 minutes. Kalo aku 381 kalori, berarti utk bobot 58 kg = (381:42) x 58 = 526 kalori.
Lumayan banyak tuh yg dibakar kak 😊
