Finally had an actual breakfast today. I know I've had more of a loss then .4 but I never recorded my gain from last week but I'll take a loss, no matter how small. Planning on walking around the park and going tanning after bible study. I'm going to plan to walk 8 miles but we will see how long the kids want to stay since they are the deciding factor in how long we stay. I'm finding it hard to cut out cheese but I have cut back a lot so I guess that's good. Craving sweets but I haven't reached for an Atkins Bar yet so that makes me happy, I will most likely reward myself with one sometime this coming up week. I have a lot to do this next week since I'll be flying back home the week after. I'm excited, I know I'll be able to stick to my diet, but it is going to be hard to pass up on real pizza, real cheese steaks, and Dunkin Donuts, I miss those things
