Very stressful day at work regarding a particular client and other things. I felt depressed after work and drowned myself in Friends reruns and snacks. I felt weak and a little dizzy and didn't know if I could do my run. But I did the whole 28 minutes and felt better (physically, and somewhat mentally) afterward. This weekend is our last 28 minute run and then next week we do the final week of the couch to 5k in which the runs are 30 minutes. Excited for this "graduation."
