Finished week 3 of c25k. Went to the park and did a little extra. They had a 5k going too, I can't wait to run a 5k soon. Going to weigh in tomorrow. Really hungry at the moment, but everytime I attempt to make something, something or someone elses comes up. One day I'll have a relaxing day. I also think I'm going to try colonics next week, I'm interested in alternative medicine routes so we will see. Hopefully I don't chicken out.
