Halo kak mau nanya dong, menurut tdeecalculator itu kalau bmr aku 1300 dan kebutuhan kalori 1600 dan kalau mau kurusin badan jadi makan 1100. Aman gak sih kak?.
Tapi di fs bmr aku di angka 1500 boleh bantuannya kak? Masih pemula soalnya

makan di atas bmr dan di bwh tdee.
makan aja 1500 kal/hari. Dan olahraga shg tdeemu bisa naik ke arah 1800 kal.
