Kak aku mau nyak. Aku kn niat ny diet dan ngurangin gula. Yg ak bingungin itu, pdhal aku makanya sderhana gag sampai 1000kkal, nyemilnya pun buah. Tpi ko kolesterol tinggi diatas 300, gula pun diatas 30 g perhari. Trus gimana ya kak ? Soalny pxa riwayat diabetes.
