Had another rough day, was coming back from the cemetery and I just wanted to drive right over to the pizza joint down the street and get me a turnover and then go across the street have a big ice cream cone from Bruster's and then come home and take a nap. I am not sure what made me turn down the back roads and come home, but whatever it is I am grateful now. Food guilt is not worth it. I came in the house and had all intentions of getting in the bed, but I had to finish the laundry and then my kids asked what was for dinner and one thing lead to another and I just got all my stuff done and took my dog for a leisurely walk. I did not do a big work out tonight, but my will power sure did enough work for everyone today. My pedometer reads 14250 steps and 7.86 miles.
