1 cup tepung gandum (bisa stengah tepung terigu+stengah gandum)
1,5 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt kayu manis bubuk
1/2 sdm gula pasir (pkek 1sdm klo mau agak manis)
1 butir telur
1 cup susu
1/2 sdt vanila esence
1sdt butter di lelehin.
Potongan kismis / pisang (optional)
Campur semua bahan jadi satu, msaknya pakek teflon, ukuran nya sesuai selera aja ya dan pakek api kecil. Gk lama kok msaknya, pokok nya klo udah keluar glembung2 gtu lgsung balik
