Rough couple of days for my Diet. Picked my son up Sunday morning at the airport. We went shopping and then to PF Changs. They have a wonderful Buddha's Feast which is just steamed vegetables--but good ones. Asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and sugar peas. Had that with Brown rice. Then I didn't eat anything for 10 hours until I got home. I am sure that killed my metabolism. Didn't exercise for the first time in 3 weeks.
Didn't exercise yesterday either. Had our kickoff for my business. I am the leader, so I spent all day preparing. I was good with my diet in the day because we were trying all the new recipes last night at the meeting.
I passed up most of the desserts but did have a small lemon bar--yummy.
The pepper pecan brie was painfully delicious. So were the jerk chicken nachos. Crab and cream cheese spread...pork tenderloin.
All were so good! I did limit myself to extremely small servings (but got a litte more of that brie!)
Back on track today. Going to the gym in a minute!
