Had a 2.5 hour workout today...shoulders, back, and biceps are completely dead...but in a good way. Hit the elliptical when I finished up for 15 minutes and got the lactic acid out of my muscles from yesterday's killer leg workout. Feeling pretty good but exhausted.
So we tried the Diet Soda Chicken tonight and I have to say it was fantastic. If anyone is looking at my intake today, I didn't drink a Diet Coke! LOL I haven't had a pop since I started my diet and I truly believe that is why the weight is coming off so fast. Well that and killing it at the gym. I lost another 1.6 lbs as of this morning. I have cut my RDI to 3000 but still only eating around 2000-2400 a day! Only 18 lbs to go!
