Ok, here we go again! My name is Scott and I'm a Warrant Officer in the US Army. Seeing as how it's my duty to keep in shape, I tend to get into these rutts where I slack on the working out and start eating the bad stuff and drinking more beer. I recently returned home from school where I lost a lot of wheight and since then (about two months) I've gained it all back. One of my goals this time is to see if I can keep it off for good.
