SO after a busy weekend of festivals here in the bay area, I am happy to say that while I didn't lose, I didn't necessarily spike up either. This to me is an accomplishment considering many gatherings were based around booze. However, one was a race so that's good. I got together and walked with friends so that was nice. I am back to eating healthy today and hope to look up the pool free swim times near my house.
