akg mu brp say? kalau bisa jangan terlalu minim diatas bmr. mending awal dibawah tdee 300kal. buat benerin metabolisme tubuh dulu. merem sama timbangan 2bln. giat bodyweight 3x seminggu cardio 1x. baru kalau dah ok metabolisme nya cutting kurang 500kal dr tdee
