well i was gonna weigh in now that i'm home, but a girly issue has me thinking i'll wait. i don't think it would be accurate anyhow. That aside, i ate worse than a pig ( if thats possible ) while i was gone this last week and a bit and even tho i am not worried that i gained - in the sense that i'll be able to drop a pound or so w/o too much trouble ( i hope ), my concern is that i am craving junk tho :/ my game plan is to enjoy the remainder of the night, have a nice chocolate-ish snack b/c i'm dying for it right now, but i'll phase one for a week starting tomorrow, just to cut those cravings again. I hope it goes well...i'm sure i'll be whining if it doesn't :(

My friend told me that when you eat carbs, your body craves more carbs after a few hours. So... if you try not to eat as much carbs you'll want less. (Which is why we're always still hungry after eating Chinese food). Good luck with the chocolate-ish snack!

hey how are you??? DID you Get all that chocolate out of your house??? I just wanted to say HELLO to ya and wish you much success, if at your age , ahhhhhhhhh to be 27!!! IF its not too hard, then it will not take you long to get rid of that 20 at all,huh?WISH it was an easy task for me,its not! i know its a rough ride on my part, for sure! Good Luck, let us know how you are doing.Oh and Chinese food,i love it! I have NOT had that in 4weeks@@@ ITS gonna be another 4 til i even think about it again!!! ha best of luck to ya Jessicka

I hate it when I'm craving. Then I always seem to get in trouble, lol. I try to drink a lot of water, and see if that helps, and the go for a walk. Good Luck! You're doing really well.
