You know what I'm noticing? I'm either "over the moon" happy with this plan and claim that it's the easiest plan ever, or I'm upset because I am struggling with carb cravings....sounds a little crazy to me :) :)

For today, I recognize that my mood is a little off, and as a result my food is a little off. But tomorrow is another day, and I can't beat myself up or I'll continue to not do well. I think my new goal is to watch out for my emotional health FIRST, and food after that. For me, they are just SO related to each other.

You're doing great! I see that chart going down steady. Carb cravings will leave soon, just tell yourself that you are allergic to them and not good for you. Just find a way to keep happy. Maybe go out for a walk with your beautiful dog. Maybe give him some extra attention.

That's me too- I am feeling great one day and thinking how easily the weight is coming off- the next day I'm having chicken wings-ARKKKKKKKKK Chicken wings????it's crazy. I feel like a nut when I look at my journals. Weight Loss is a tough business- I think it has to do with me underestimating the difficulty or the importance of maintaining good choices-the moment I let down my guard it bites me in the butt!!!
