You know what I'm noticing? I'm either "over the moon" happy with this plan and claim that it's the easiest plan ever, or I'm upset because I am struggling with carb cravings....sounds a little crazy to me :) :)
For today, I recognize that my mood is a little off, and as a result my food is a little off. But tomorrow is another day, and I can't beat myself up or I'll continue to not do well. I think my new goal is to watch out for my emotional health FIRST, and food after that. For me, they are just SO related to each other.
