sooooo I felt like crap after eating the pesto pasta. I knew I shouldn't have gotten it, but there goes my problem with going out to eat again. I was out with a friend I haven't seen for a long time, and I really should have been paying more attention to what I SHOULD'VE been eating. Anyways, I didn't pay attention and I got the pasta...but again I only ate half which I feel better about. I rbought leftovers home but I am going to throw them away so I won't even be tempted to eat them:) After I felt guilty about eating them, I went and worked out! I ran for 15 minutes, and then walked for a half an hour. I also walked all around campus today, and down our main street for some shopping, so I put that in too. I was still steady when I weighed myself, but hopefully with some hard work I can lose a pound or 2 before Friday! So I guess ultimately I feel bad for eating crap, but overall happy that I did something about it and went and worked out. We'll see what tomorrow brings...

Everyone has there times when they slip up. It sounds like you had a fairly good balance though by only eating half and also getting in lots of activity. Just like you said, there's always tomorrow to start fresh and make better choices! Stay positive and focused on what you goal is!
