I try to eat normal today after my problem with maintenance phase. I have some not applicable days followed by day of starvation. I planning all my meal for today. Some fruit, vegetable, lean meat and dairy. I'll continue to track my food and weight my self every day for at 2 weeks. And try to learn how many calories have in different food and try to take enough protein.
