We have all heard the "Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels". I have always said bullcrap to that saying. Weighed in today and down another four pounds. I am now a believer of that saying. Yes, this is tough at times, but the results are worth it. I get frustrated and cranky and upset it seems to be so slow but have stuck with it. With learning about what foods contain, you can eat very well (both in taste and quantity) and still lose weight. To everybody who reads this-if I can do it, so can you. Just stick to your plan and don't give up. The fat will go away.
