im not a faster im a constant feeder. every 3 hours i have a small meal. it helps me

Thanks. I just find that when I eat more than I do the weight just doesn't change. When ibeat little it drops slowly. Maybe I'm just in too much of a hurry . Baby is 3 months old and its my 7th kid.

you should still be eating as normal as you're body needs a lot of energy to produce milk.

Milk supply is no problem. I have been breastfeeding for 14 years and grow fat babies. Ha ha. I have even donated 3300 bottles of milk for prem babies. So supply is good. Its just I have no idea how to get rid of the extra kgs without eating less. Exercise is tough with 7kids home all day so my only solution is less good.
Maybe I have it all wrong.

Make sure you eat snacks every few hours. Healthy snacks off course☺ Also try eating a tsp of peanut butter and increase your water intake. These are the things that help me☺
