Thoughts on Yesterday:
I worked out again last night! WOO HOO! DH went with me. We did 40 minutes on the treadmill doing the cardio workout. I kept my heart rate up at the cardio %. Working out late throws me off balance for dinner. . .I had planned on making burgers but there was no time. I ended up just having a salad when we got home.

Breakfast:
1 c LF cottage cheese

AM Snack:
30 Pistachio

Lunch:
ETA: Carne Asada Torta sandwich without the bread. I basically had carne asada, black beans, lettuce and pico de gallo. with a side salad.

PM Snack:
ETA: Turkey roll ups

Dinner:
Going out with some friends...i think!

Great job on the workout. I notice that you eat out alot. If you are having a hard time with this, try eating smaller portions of whatever you order. Better to be wasteful and skinny than not. I usually put alot of salt on the food once I am full so I don't continue to pick.

Its great that your doing the SBD and even better that you working out! Isn't it easier when you do it together!Cook meals a day ahead if you have time-that will cut down on going out to eat!

I dont think theres a problem with eating out if your cautious to what you eat. Heck you can go to Wendys and eat healthy by choicing smaller house salads You must be doing something right cause that blue dot is going down so keep it up

I've actually been really good when eating out. I was surprised that I was so good today! We went to a Mexican restaurant that serves the yummiest salsa. They bring out a big bowl of tortilla chips. For me, the chips are just a way to get the salsa in my mouth! I didn't have one chip! There wasn't anything that I had ordered that wasn't SBD friendly...I also have been feeling full faster so I have been leaving food on my plate. :)
