I need to find some form of exercise to do. i hate exercising and even more if i have to do it alone. l9ve walking but despise walking on my own

I also hated exercise but started Pole dancing and aerial circus classes and I am completely addicted to it ... even have my mom doing it now at 62 ... worth looking into

Im very conscious of my body and get extremely shy. Tried pole dancing a few years ago actually but got looks from all the skinny girls

belly dancing is great - all shapes and sizes and no body shaming allows. or try Parkrun - half the people walk it

All over they on FB Dancing Divas - theres all shapes and sizes and no one cares the hour goes over so quickly and it’s a good workout

What area do you stay in as there are many bootcamp available and might be one in your area. Amazing results though these bootcamp. www.getfitbootcamp.co.za And then check which one is closest to you
