I have been revenous all week so I've listened to my body and I've eaten luxuriously. I stepped on the scale this morning to a new low. Go figure. I also woke up starving again, so I ate. I hope this covers me for the day - steak and eggs smothered in keto sausage gravy and even a side of bacon because, well, because I can and it's BACON. Have a great Thursday everyone!
