43.6% Now that is more like it! Yesterday I was very focused on eating exactly as much as my stomach required. I also went for a walk, and did strength training and an ab workout. I am sore this morning, let me tell you.
Poor cat still thinks she can get me to feed her in the morning. Fortunately, last night I was worn out (probably from her waking me up all the time) and went to bed at 9pm, so when she woke me up at 6 it wasn't too much of a catastophe.
I'm going to work on focusing again today. It's not really so hard; it's just so easy not to! (if that makes sense :)

You go girl... we are getting back on track. After doing the treadmill last night for the 1st time in 2 weeks, thought I was going to die....I just can't let it go that long again. Going to take a week to get back on track :( punishment I guess...
