A alguns meses atrás cheguei aos 130 kg...
Porém com treinos e a dieta estou conseguindo chegar no meu objetivo dos 100 kg . O mais importante que emagrecer , é emagrecer com saúde.
116.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
