I thank you for posting this, I checked this out and I think this will be great to do this at home, I was going to sign up for classes at the Y , but I don't like to be stuck paying monthly fees. I am going to start when the kids starts school so I can focus. Great tip! thanks.

I pay $10 a month for access to the videos and it is waaaay worth it. There’s A LOT of material on there to choose from. I love the different challenges that she offers and the motivation that I get from them is awesome.
