I'm so stuffed.... Tomorrow I need to up my calories. Needed more calories today but no room for more food 😂 OMAD can be difficult in that sense.

Oh that's awesome Mandi. I'm still playing around with timing and how exactly I eat during the window but for now OMAD seems to be working well. I'm thinking of maybe doing it 5 days of the week then on 2 I'll do 18:6 or something like that. Just to switch it up. Plus you know there are those days when you just can't hang in for the 20+ hours.
