Down a little and that is a good thing. I think I ate more on Mother's Day than I think that I ate. Good thing and now I am back on track. I still have 43.6 pounds to go and am heading that way as soon as possible. I want to make my goal by the end of this year or maybe later but I will never go off of this diet and go up as I will weigh myself on a daily basis, only way for me to lose weight.
